1. More than 10 years of experience in maritime bulky transportation management, engaged in international shipping, port operation or bulk cargo transportation, familiar with the operating procedures and regulatory requirements of major European ports (such as Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp);
2. Experience in chartering negotiation and ship scheduling, familiar with the operation mode of European shipowners market (such as German and Dutch shipowners associations).
3. Familiar with European port classification standards and port rate system;
Familiar with EU green shipping policies, carbon emission regulations and customs clearance processes.
