President of the Republic of the Philippines, Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., was present at the Sino-Philippine Renewable Energy Roundtable Business Meeting in Beijing during his State Visit to China.
Dajin, the only invited Chinese enterprise in the offshore foundation & tower manufacturing industry , attended the meeting with a delegation presided by Mr. Jin Xin, Chairman of the Board of Dajin. We exchanged insights regarding wind energy development plans of the Philippines and our interest in investment in the Philippines, with a deep impression on the rich wind power resources and favorable business environment.
President Marcos welcomed Chinese leading enterprises to invest in the Philippines with the increasingly growing energy demand, and continuously improving trading policies, which are to be planned by the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of Energy insomuch as to build a green, low-carbon, safe and reliable energy security system.
In 2022 alone, Dajin's trading volume with the Philippines has amounted up to 150 million RMB (25 million USD) by delivering the wind energy products and services to the Philippines, and we believe the market is booming and flourishing with the scheduled development plans. It is with such confidence that we are willing to invest in the Philippines with a manufacturing base focusing on the offshore products.
