The Company implements a hierarchical safety management and control mechanism, and each facility has established a three-level safety management structure consisting of a Safety Production Committee, HSE Management Department, and safety management personnel, undertaking safety responsibilities in a top-down mechanism.

Responsible for daily health and safety management in facilities, including introduction of related laws and rules, establishment of management systems, and safety supervision and inspection as well as emergency drills and training.
Carries out the management systems formulated by the HSE Management Department, supervises and manages the implementation of safety work within business departments, and reports the safety work to the HSE Management Department and accepts the supervision and guidance from it.
