Penglai Facility, located in Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province, was established in 2009 with a capacity of 500,000 tons. It is the largest facility in the world for offshore wind power and the main body of the implementation of the company's Two "O" Strategy (offshore wind power and overseas markets). Penglai Facility has its own large cargo transportation terminal, with a long coastline and excellent water depth conditions. Equipped with a 1,000 ton gantry crane, it has obvious advantages in the factory logistics, shipping, and lifting capabilities required for exporting offshore wind power products, all of which are the core competitiveness of Penglai Facility. Dajin is an enterprise early engaged in the production and manufacturing of domestic offshore wind towers, monopiles, multi-piles and other products, and has formed a high reputation and credibility in the industry.

Tangshan Offshore Facility and Ports

Tangshan facility spans over 870,000 m2 with a 1,200-meter shoreline.This state-of-the-art facility utilizes advanced equipment and construction methods for high-volume production of foundations for wind power, O&G industry.Poised to set industry benchmarks for the next decade, the facility focuses on ultra-large Jacket and floating foundation production lines for deep water projects.The project pushes industry boundaries with innovative construction technology and a massive factory: 65 meters high, 70 meters wide for single line , and 410 meters long. Featuring a gantry crane of 3,000-ton capacity (the largest in the facility) and 100% European-sourced core equipment, Tangshan ensures exceptional quality.Currently under intensive construction, Tangshan facility is expected to be operational by March 2025, meeting future demands for international monopile and deep-water projects.

Panjin Facility is located in Xiuye Road, Liaobin Coastal Economic and Technological Development Zone, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, with a planned area of about 100 hectares. Panjin Facility is fully invested and constructed by Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and is positioned as a super large international comprehensive wind power offshore engineering base that is oriented towards the global market and considers the functions of wind power home port. The main products cover a full range of offshore towers, monopiles, jackets, floating foundations and other wind power offshore equipment.After completion, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.

The Yangjiang Offshore Facility is located in the Jishu Operation Zone of Hailing Bay Port Area, Yangjiang Port, Guangdong. With a designed annual capacity of 200,000 tons, the base adheres to the investment concept of internationalization, scale, and low carbon. Its products include offshore towers, onshore towers, and Jackets etc. The products are distributed in domestic and international markets, covering regions such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, East Asia, South America, and Europe.

Xing'anmeng Facility is located in Xing'anmeng Economic Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year. The onshore manufacturing facility has its own heavy-duty steel structure production workshops and construction capability, and the process production line planning adopts the most advanced mobile factory design concept in Europe. The products of this facility can meet the tower supporting needs of wind power plants within 500 kilometers, and the main customers are CGN, Goldwind, Envision Energy, CHN Energy, VESTAS, etc.

Located in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, Zhangjiakou facility is planned to be a tower manufacturing base with larger capacity and better manufacturing process in the "Three Northern Region" in China. We have over 50 internationally advanced large-scale automated production equipment with a production capacity of 200,000 tons per year, and are an onshore product manufacturing base.
