Dajin Heavy Industry officially kicks off China’s first DNV-certified three-legged offshore wind Jacket project, tailor-made for the harsh marine environment of Europe’s North Sea.
We are advancing a full European-standard Jacket mock-up project customized for European clients, the first-of-its-kind prototype in China built to the most stringent industry specifications:
✅ Developed for 15MW large-capacity offshore wind turbines, keeping pace with the mainstream trend of big WTG capacity
✅ Adopts premium DNV NV F36 steel grade, achieving impact resistance down to -60°C, outperforming the mainstream domestic -40°C standard
✅ Adopts innovative double-groove design for TKY joints, overcoming sophisticated manufacturing & welding technical difficulties
✅ Fully implemented in accordance with authoritative international codes: DNV-ST-0126, DNV-OS-B101, DNV-OS-C401 and NORSOK M501 (2022)
✅ Final assembly & acceptance scheduled to be completed within 2026
This landmark project is fully undertaken at our Tangshan Facility, a modern integrated offshore wind manufacturing complex officially commissioned in December 2025.
Equipped with cutting-edge equipment and exclusive dedicated Jacket production lines, the facility has passed ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 full system certifications, capable of large-scale, high-quality and high-efficiency manufacturing and timely delivery of high-end offshore products.
